MISSION STATEMENT

“To help legally adoptable orphans(1), from countries who have ratified or acceded to the Hague Convention(2), be united with loving New Zealand families willing to raise, protect and nurture them – where the adoption is in the best interests of the child”

(1) For the purposes of this Mission Statement, the definition of ‘orphans’ includes children abandoned by their parents

(2) The 1993 Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption
